Andrea Calle is the host of Combate Americas, an MMA promotion specifically targeted for U.S.-based Hispanics. As host, Calle has the opportunity to interview fighters and live out her dreams as an MMA broadcaster.

Despite her busy schedule, Calle took a few minutes to talk to AXS about how she got started in the start. Here’s what she had to say:

AXS. When UFC co-founder Campbell McLaren created Combate Americas, he selected you as host of their show on NBC Universo. Why do you think he selected you and how has it been so far hosting for the promotion? What do you bring to the table as an MMA host that no one else has?
